What is a Secure Socket Layer, SSL, and why would I want one?
A Secure Socket Layer, SSL,
is a certificate that encrypts the information you are sending
from someone's site. You are able to tell if a site has
one by looking in the lower right hand corner of your browser,
if there is a locked lock in the corner then the site is
secure. This helps to prevent others from viewing the
information you are sending. This is highly recommended
to those sites that have e-commerce running on their sites to
hide users credit card numbers. To purchase a Secure Certificate for your site contact
us.

What
are Meta-Tags and why do I need them?
Meta-Tags are search engine
helpers. They are lines of code on your home page that
hold keywords and a description of your site. When
someone searches one of those keywords, the search engine
looks at your meta-tags for the keyword and returns your site
with its results. Meta-Tags do not ensure listing on a
search engines results.

Why
do I need to be submitted to search engines?
Search engines are the key to
business. If you do not show up in search, people aren't
able to find your site. Submitting your site to search
engines helps get your name out to the public and bring people
to your site.
